Anyone with a @mossutilities.com Google account can sign in; new sign-ins start as Pending with no access until you assign a role here. You can also pre-add users by email with a role. Removing a user revokes access — if they sign in again they return as Pending. If someone was invited under one email but signs in with another, use Merge into… on the invited row: their draws and projects move to the account they sign in with.
